Health Care Insurance question[s]

back to health care insurance. I'm having my house built in HPP. So if a late night/early morning emergency comes up. What insurance would be better for me to have, HMSA or Kaisers? I guess I'm asking who offers the most hospitals, clinics on the eastside that one can use in emergency situations, or just have regular checkups?

I realize that my wife has less than two weeks left of work, and my insurance gets cut off then!!!! For me I don't worry because I'm in terrible health already. Bad liver, bad lower back, bad left rotator cuff, and the list goes on. But my wife and kids are in good health and I want to keep it that way for them..
