Neat little efficiency, though you can certainly build your own for less. I guess for folks that don't have the time to build their own it could be super convenient. Key to me would be whether or not it is easily expandable with a lanai, second bedroom, etc.
Affordable housing initiatives should be buying versions of these equipped for completely off-grid use, and offering reasonable mortgages to folks. With a low mortgage payment and minimal bills, people might actually be able to get ahead.
