What SF is the roof? The price seems reasonable and the claim that they are using lower water pressure in this option as well as the "soft" cleaning, makes me think this is the way to go. (my roof has full sun - no mold, etc. so I wouldn't be looking for the extra's)
Mine is 4 years old and right at 3k SF including a portico so I imagine my price would be $$$$. I'll put it on my list to call for a quote. Interested in the results you get.
