Doing this now may result in those 20 acre lots finally used for the rest of the uses that they were originally designed to be. Or, keep refusing the mailboxes and those 20 acre lots will never have a reason to get that development. Road improvements probably need to be made to enable proper use of those lots for the mailbox uses. I would consider parking lots to be a part of road money.
