Roads Are Easements Not Planned Communities Or HOAs

Many of us have donated HOURS, RESOURCES and MONEY (which we did not even ask HPPOA to reimburse us for). You're just one of an active group of us. It is just that right now, you are in favor and support some on this board.

There was a large study and information that was put together and that group TRIED to present that information at an Owners' meeting two years ago, but Fearless Leader and her group totally shut them down- even though that group was ON the agenda to present.

Unlike you, I don't have every answer to everything. Why don't you ask the group who DOES have those answers. In fact, WHY didn't Fearless Leader let them present? POST their findings for Owners to see? Actually, no need to answer that question. I already know WHY.

I don't recall saying I was the only person to ever volunteer, did I miss it? This is how you deflect away from what the truth really is. Yes, you used to volunteer but when things didn't go your way, you quit and became vindictive. Yes, I do support most of what 'this' board is doing. They have spent endless hours trying to 'fix' HPPOA. You don't ask so they don't tell. They are working tirelessly, silently and thanklessly, taking the bull by the horns, and trying to 'fix' all the mess created, maybe unintentionally, by previous boards. Yes, you will tell everyone that is their job and they signed up for it. However, they really didn't. But when confronted with problems, they have and continue to try to get things the way they think is right and doing so by seeking and listening to the attorneys' advice.

There is a small group of activists who believe they know everything but unfortunately, they don't have, nor do they seem to want, all the facts. Loud does not always prevail. Sometimes it's the quiet ones who sneak in and steal the show. We'll have to wait and see.

If you were to rewrite much of your comments and leave out the nasty parts, (Unlike you, I don't have all the answers), you'd up your credibility. How about just saying YOU don't have all the answers? You constantly criticize people for being snarky (your favorite word), when you do the same. Sweep around your own front door. Make sure you are perfect before criticizing and being snarky with others.

I hand back that mirror you have asked me to look into and ask you to do the same.

However, the way the deeds are written, the restrictions are not only enforceable by the third party (the Watumulls) they are enforceable by ANY and ALL OWNERS in HPP. That language is in the deed (enforceable by OWNERS) in black and white.

A park with community mailboxes is the answer.

They always seem to leave off the other part of the deed restrictions. They shall always be used for...but never for commercial or residential.

Mail parks are neither commercial nor are they residential. Back in the day, there was never a thought nor a need for mail delivery, a few people who could easily drive distances to pick up mail or to a few scattered CBU's on the main roads.

Times have changed and I believe the Watumull’s will understand.
