So... A board, who bypasses bylaw amendments voted on and PASSED by HPP owners and HPPOA members in 2018, that were ACKNOWLEDGED by this same board in 2023 BUT bypassed because the LEGALLY voted on amendments do not jive with what the board wants, is not deceiving?

We are talking about you, not the board. There’s more to that story you aren’t telling. I don’t know exactly what happened way back then but I do know your FaceBook post about an illegal bylaw committee is not true. Does this subject have something to do with substandard subdivisions in Puna or are we off on another rant?

How about answering some of my previous questions? Otherwise everything OTPE had to say about you is 100% true.
