Their published instagram page summary says they require proof of vaccination and masks to dine there. 

Maybe that has something to do with it?  Or the fact that they ever required "LET ME SEE YOUR PAPERS" to begin with? 

Not to mention that 99/100 people find that eating while wearing a mask over their face and mouth to be impossible.
