How many religions specifically tell their followers that vaccines aren't allowed? They would have had to start after vaccines were invented. I can only think of one such religion that began after that date; some think it's a cult.

There are very few, but a religion would not have had to start after vaccines were invented. The religion's leaders most likely interpreted the belief system in some fashion that says "vaccines bad".
