The Future of Geothermal Energy in Puna

If memory serves from many years ago, serious interest had shifted to exploring the geothermal resource on Maui, where laying cables to connect the power to Oahu is not a problem. The Alenuihaha Channel, some of the roughest waters in the world, is as much of a challenge as is Pele.
