Anyone want Geese?

I'm interested in the egg production. The book I looked at the library said the best geese for eggs are Chinese geese and the best ducks are khaki campbells and those penguin like runner ducks so I hope those are available locally though won't be moving over for a while. then the book said chickens needed lot of commercial feed for egg production, ducks needed some and geese can just "freerange". If that's the case gotta ask my neighbor in Waimea how come he feeds his geese feed from the store.
