If you have a set of engineer approved plans, and an experienced builder/carpenter who can read those plans(suprisingly there are alot of "builders" who aren't very good at interpreting plans), it's a piece of cake. I've never built a quonset hut, but I've built everything from homes to 500 million dollar football stadiums. So I'm thinking a quonset hut wouldn't be a problem. Just try and get references on anyone that you want to hire to do work for you, there's alot of shifty characters in the construction biz around here.
