She owns a lotof property in Puna. The year I ended up in Leilani (I think it was '02) we were supposed to stay in her house in Puna Beach Palisaides. She forgot that she booked us there and had already cashed my payment in full. We had stayed in the PBP house the year before as well for a few days and liked the location. We calledthe day before leaving and had to leave two messages. She called up back that night and said we must have our dates wrong. I assured her I didn't and she said she made a terrible mistake and didn't know what she would do but she had booked the PBP house out and someone was already there and would be there for another two weeks. I was very upset and has less that 12hours before I needed to get on a plane. She ended up giving us the Leilani house (with no discount for the problem,she thought it was a better deal for us since it has satellite and PBP didn't) and she had tocome back for personal possesins twice during the trip as she was living in the Leilani house and needed to get stuff. One night there was a terrible rain storm and she called at 2 am to ask us to go out during the rain with no flash lights and turn off the generators. I still enjoyed the trip but that was frustrating and the last time I have booked from someone that seemed so flighty.
