Hi Dave M,
My wife and I own a place near 6 and f, we get out there about twice a year. Seems dryer then some areas of the acres, the area is so large there are micro climates thru out. We would like more soil but hey the price was right especially 5 years ago. The temperature is about 5 degress cooler during the day then Hilo and gets down to about 60 maybe less at night. The neighbors by us are friendly, always wave when going by, have talked to two so far.
Like everyone else has said each lot would have to be checked. What are your plans for the lots if you don't mind me asking?
I know one thing I sure miss the rain, haven't had a drop here in Alabama for 4 or 5 weeks and temps of 90 degrees.
If you have any particular questions I would be glad to try and answer them.
