Moving to Pahoa...Need Guidance

Well, I never have been a victim of an "ice Head" here in 8 years, though I've seen them around the area, sad, not as bad as S. Oregon, and I know of where I speak, I WAS one of them, a crazy crankster, in Oregon in 1992-94. Ahh the good old days, just wish I could remember them. Thank the Gods or Godess I got out alive. Puna is no scarier than anywhere else in rural America.
