Punamom,

My favorite campground is Namakani Paio in volcano NP. Its right on the highway and you dont need a permit. If you are looking for a beach park there is one near spencers called Mahukona, not as nice but you can camp there. It is located north of Kawaihai about 13 miles. just past Lapakahi state park. Another one is called Kukainene in VNP no fires but really nice. Good luck!
