Moringa oleifera and pole beans seeds
#1
I just sent some seeds of Moringa oleifera variety PKM-1 (malunggay in the Philippines) to Val (iju) and hopefully she will receive them on Friday, in time to bring them to the party. This is a bushy variety which will probably produce pods within a year in Hawaii. I planted 5 seeds this spring and all 5 germinated. The seedlings are quite fragile and break easily so need some protection when small.
Some more information is at:

I also sent some Louisiana pole bean seeds. I think the variety is Rattlesnake(?). They make very strong growing and productive plants with good flavored beans. However, if they are not picked at least every other day, they will develop easily removed strings. They do much better for me than any other variety I have tried, including 2 UH varieties that I got in Hilo.
