time to fill up the catchments?

down in HPP my yard has turned brown!!!! But for the past week or so Puna has been getting rain! So I feel we are safe for now . But again I will say it. All indications point to a dry summer thanks in part to "La Nina",which has been predicted for the past year for this season!
