This is a question for John R or David M.
Just curious here. Do they have a state certification for termite inspectors and/or as we say WDI (Wood Destroying Insects)?
In my state the buyer can opt to have a Termite Inspection or they can wait to see if the home inspector calls for one due to areas of the property that are conducive. But sometimes the lender requires one period.
I ask the question because from what I've seen and read the entire east side may be considered conducive.
To Anthony, I think everybody can dig your zeal for the island and to get started there. But, as they have mentioned It is a whole different game, with a different set of rules.
