I think you are being more than a little harsh in your judgment of middle school kids. As to the rest of your points you are, of course, entitled to your opinions.

I am not, as I said on another thread, very knowledgeable about the school. I just think that immediately suspecting unknown middle school kids of theft and vandalism is very unkind. As you say - where's the respect? The children in your sights are innocent and undeserving of your ire.
