Can't say that I have tried to get on an airplane with my stove since 9/11 but I would think it would be ok if you completely empty the tank. Once emptied you can even pack it. You have to remember to blow out the generator tube or a inspector might smell the residual fuel. Leave it in the sun for a few minutes to let all the residual evaporate. I can refuel anywhere unleaded gasoline is sold.
