I plan to buy a cooking unit once I get on the Island.
I'd imagine that the stove part of a Coleman unit could travel with you, but the tank probably is what they'd fear on board an airliner. Once that's unscrewed, the rest of the unit should pass (in the baggage compartment). I wouldn't even try to take Sterno or bottled fuel of any kind with me - I want to fly not sit in the office at the airport all day. (Last time they took my Avon Skin So Soft away, I had to buy mosquito repellant for $11 in HNL - pout)
