Nice to have confirmation on my ideas. I have made cakes for many years, 2 wedding cakes to be proud of. I have a menu of some good cheese cakes, not to mention some tasty pies. As the news comes out on various products and their ingredients (high fructose corn syrup for example), one tends to want to make their own. Ever try to find an English Muffin without HFCS?
