I think this is what happens when the word "terrorist" becomes devalued as it has over the last 6 years.
That being said, it takes a certain personality to derive joy from harrassing rural citizens, even if the harrassment is legally sanctioned (which is a close call in some cases ---can you "buzz" a house with out so much as a reasonable suspicion they are growing contraband?).
The "war" on marijuana is an excellent example of wasted energies. I truly believe that at the very least this is a matter that should be left up the States, and not Federalized. And then, perhaps within those states certain counties can be "dry" and certain counties can be "wet" (or "barren" or "green"
