Only because I have so much,
bilimbi in curry soups & stews (along with bitter melon for bite) for lemony tartness
bilimbi in friut salads for crunchy lemony tartness
bilimbi in chicken or tuna salad for crunchy lemony tartness
papaya in chicken salad for sweetness
green papaya salad (use 1-2 papaya instead of Noels' mango & add a knuckle of grated ginger)
PS. Anyone want Bilimbi???
