So the HSF is only going to be required to do an EIS for only their dock extension?

So the Coqui must of come here on Walmart's shipment on the Airlines or Matson/Young Bro's barge's huh?

Last I checked Oahu and Maui both had coqui... So again aren't the Airlines and Matson/Young Bro's responsible for this infestation already?

Without the HSF going to Kauai, how long before the Airlines or Matson/Young Bros delivers them a batch of Coqui eggs?
