Driveway in building plans?

No, this is not new, but most people don't even know about it. If your property is accessed from a county road you need to get an approved and engineered driveway, regardless of what part of the island you are at. It's actually a fairly easy process, the COH will give you the guidelines, you just have to file for the permit. $25.00.
