Dozing House Site
#1
Hey All,
I need to have my house site dozed - not the full lot, as we want to leave things as natural as possible, but just about 1/3 acre. It's not heavily forested, but there are several fairly large trash trees, and much scrub. Dozer will have to go around a couple of Ohia stands, and haul away debris. House will be post and pier so I am not asking for things to be leveled at all or prepared for a slab; I want the contour of the terrain disturbed as little as possible. At the same time, I need to add to my driveway, about 75 feet which will require dozing and some fill. I got a quote for about 10K, which seems high to me. Any thoughts?

Thanks - any advice much appreciated.
