I have had and seen very good, consistant result from Eric Ahu (982-9614).
Too many times I have witnessed projects where "friends" were going to help with / take care of the concrete work and finishing. There are a lot of people about who claim to know what they are doing. The simple rule of thumb I apply (to concrete) is:
If they have to rent their floats and tools they don't know their stuff. A concrete finisher
will have his own equipment and know how to use it.
Secondly, it is often a mistake to have too few people. Too much work for too few people means a bad product. Concrete is quite permanent. Bring sufficient crew to the task
