Drilling wells and water quality issues
#17
I apologise to daniel, this is his page

Thanks, I apologise to daniel, this is his topic, am deleting my post, see container homes theads.

It was in response to a pool cleaning estimation. But with pollutants in water, an easy solution to verification will be required, water testing is going to be prudent till safe results are normal, till then, treatment and lab costs.

There should no cessholes from the highway to the sea., common courtesy with a water table. Cesspools were allowed because The water table was unknown.

Good lab tests are expensive unless paid for in advance by contract. With heavy metal testing the cost can drop to half or less in bulk. Request bids from the competition. Better yet, try to find a cheap easy (litmus strips for as may chemicals as possible) reducing the outside testing to minimum targets, cheaper. Self testing isn't accurate but is usually over sensitive in accuracy, now you send samples out on rush!

A well would be better at twice the price, but one contracted illness, just suspected, will degrade their worth. Unlike some realtors not giving disclosure, address the possible drawbacks and offer a sustainable solution in advance, same thing for filtering solutions, hui on locally repairable systems.
At 3000+ " i aint going to qualify! Go Daniel!
