Yes, heavy pot smokers in some instances, develop a mild form of bronchitis. It goes away two weeks from cessation of smoking.
This is about the only health problem documented in studies of heavy pot smokers.
Vaporizing eliminates the smoke and has become quite the thing for many people.
Kaiser did a 60,000 person study which showed no relation between pot smoking and lung disease.
