Bangkok has so many great places to eat. But to tell you the truth, I prefer to just eat from the local street vendor. It use to be 10 baht for a full plate of fried rice with green onions & cucumbers on the side. Or 10 baht for a bowl of fish ball soup, and no it's not the testies of some poor fish either[:o)]
Something that is very expensive here, but cheap there is 'Shark Fin Soup',and that is soooo delicious.
My favorite Thai food is the food from Eison, Northeastern Cuisine. I could eat everyday 'Nam Tok',which translates into "falling rain". Plus sticky rice is the choice in this part of Thailand. Of course, while eating food from this region one must also enjoy the music from this region too. They tend to go hand in hand. The music of this region is called 'Moolom'[sp] The main musical instrument for this type music is called a 'Kaan'awesome sound comes from it.
Best dessert on earth comes from Thailand,Sticky Rice & Mango, yike, broke da mouth with this one!
Handle every situation like a dog,If you can't eat it or hump it,piss on it and walk away...
