Meeting and Petition for Pesky Helicopters

I recieved your mesage from dispatch yesterday regarding a meeting, I have been absent from the site for a bit due to the arrival of several new pilots who have been in ititial training (two week process). I would certianly be interested in a meeting but the 28th presents a bit of a problem. Can we postpone for about 1 to 2 weeks? I will commit to a date and schedule the time in advance. I missed the first message where the 28th had been suggested.
