Just building my 1-bedroom house(a studio with the loft).The GC is very good and I have nothing to worry about.My main concern is that it will take much longer than preliminary estimated.I am planning to stay on the mainland and have some plans to make.
Rob,thanks for the idea for the list of what should be(not)included.
Could you,please,give an example when the contract is not recommended?
