The pump is in fact an on-demand pump. No unfortunately I can't see the switch. It doesn't have to push very far at all since it is under the house almost directly under the master bath. It does have to "pull" however maybe 50 feet or so from the tank if that. The tank is elevated about 3 feet as well so it is gravity-assisted to some extent.

Any suggestions? I appreciate the responses.
