YurtGirl,I am not looking for a job,but if I did,I would go to the employer who is able to give a simple answer on a simple question instead of a lecture on a global warming.

Global warming? WH...? Nevermind, I don't care to engage in that circular match again. Lightheartedness can sometimes be lost in written text, I'm trying though. I seem to recall answering no less than 50 questions by a woman whose first language was not English... wasn't that you? Perhaps the answer was lost in translation, this happens sometimes when we are speaking a second language, it's happened to me plenty of times... I felt that I went far above and beyond to answer your questions to the best of my knowledge and then I found that you translated the information to imply that I said $40,000.00 would only get you a platform, when I'm certain that my words were much closer to: "About $35k will provide the yurt with recommended upgrades for our climate, drafted plans, permitting, cesspool design, plot plan, all labor for platform and materials... etc., etc." Hmmmmm. I appreciated jdirgo's comment about the punapedia... I think a person can only take so much responsibility in educating another person before it falls to the person seeking the info. I am glad that you found a solution for your situation and do appreciate the valid points that you have raised.
