I bet those who say leave the poor school alone, will be the FIRST to jump all over the county, building, fire, & planning should anything happen and a child was injured or killed because of
code violations. They will be the first to cry out that government shouldn't have let them occupy a building that failed to meet fire and building safety codes. That knowing violations existed and failed to shut the school is negligence and the poor innocent children are the victims. Now somebody tell me that wouldn’t happen!

Are these parents so selfesh that they are willing to ignore safety, building, fire, and heath code issues? Are they saying that the education they feel is best for their brats is more important than their kids SAFETY! If they think they have a right to do as they please, ignore the rules, thumb their noses at codes, and ignore what neighbors feel; they had better not open their flap should anyone do anything in violation of any codes next to their property or in their community.[V]
Oh my gosh has the Fire Marshall checked out all the other Charter schools in the County?
Do the others have there Permits? Maybe the Building inspector should investigate them too. Just to be sure as we wouldn't want there heads to roll if something happened, we wouldn't want the county to be negligent with all the other schools either.
My God a shop light could fall on some little childs head the nerve of some people.
Hey here's a funny story somebody got some old doors at the recycle center the other day.Guess where they came from Mountain View DOE Public high school seems just the other day they got around to replacing them with the fire safety doors.Geeze how long have those thousands of students that passed through those doors been in such danger? Maybe the fire Marshall can answer that.
Does anybody know if MWS has the fire safety doors? We must get an inspection done right away the children could be in DANGER!!!!
OMG DOES THIS MEAN WE HAVE TO SHUT DOWN EVERY SCHOOL IN THE STATE UNTIL THE PUBLIC IS ASSURED THAT THEY ALL MEET THE CODES!!!THE CODES FOR SAFETY!!!
