Rusty,the dogs,like people,might have some behavioral problems,which requires the help from a specialist.My friend adopted a dog who peed on the carpet when he didn't have enough attention.He was insecure.Time and
love and a lot of walks eventually cured that.But it could be much complicated than that.Yours might have a problem with you being "Alpha-male".But I am not a specialist.
Talk to your vet.He might recommend you one.
Do you have a pet door?
