Hi Royall, I get my USPS mail to a Po Box. It's with Amazon on the same day I placed an order for 2 different tools. One was a roofing nailer, the other was the beam saw. I always try to input my PO Box as a first choice for mailing. They accepted it for the roofing nailer, but for the Beam Saw they required my to input a physical address, which means they deliver by UPS or Fedex. I did so expecting them to charge me shipping in which case I was ready to cnacel that part of my order, but lo and behold it still came up as "Free Super Saver Shipping." I don't understand really the rhyme or reason, but after many years of ordering through them I have concluded that most times if an item is listed as "Amazon" as the seller, the free shipping applies. However, there were a few times I tried to order a tool item and it would not give me free shipping. The neat thing though is you can input all your info and get to the last screen where it tells you your final total, with shipping if there is any, and you have to prompt it to continue the order, so I always do that, and if there is a shiiping charge I cancel the order at that point.
