Dr W., Economic development infrastructure in Puna (like what?) Creates economic activity and jobs in Puna rather than all in Hilo (example)!
Are you proposing door to door, drop off/pickup type public transit? Or does everyone go to a designated bus stop and park, where? Being able to shuttle our able workers to an area where workers are compensated properly because of a succesful tourist industry(Kona) is the only real hope for most of our kids or anyone needing work!
