Well they just finished paving the first section of road in HPP on 22nd between Makuu and Paradise. Not exactly a great job....but it will at least keep the dust down. And with the wavyness of the road...you will still have to drive slow.

Considering it took a month to do one mile of road from start to finish...It should take about a year to finish everything planned.
