There is over the counter stuff that works, but it is nasty stuff too. No choice though. You will also need to get the lice spray for the furnishings and other surfaces in your house. Crank up the water heater to the max for laundry. Get on it now as they are very contagious. If there are kids in the house, don't send them to school until cured.
