The Plant it Hawaii sale HAD them, but we also purchased one from a Pahoa nursery at the BIAN sale in Hilo (I think it was Fruit Lovers - www.fruitlovers.com )
We also have one that is growing from a seed I planted a little over a year ago from a seed from a Bill Martin fruit. These guys are VERY slow growing, but will fruit in a couple of years (& about a foot tall) so I have a little while until I have small miracles to share. They do make a good houseplant, and do fruit indoors, but not as prolific.
