Turtle? can not tell exactly, can you tell how many Pleural scutes are on the side from your photos? loggerheads have 5 pair (5 per side) greens & hawksbill 4 pair... (those are the side shell pieces of the carapace, they also have a very brutish head/neck normally with little neck distiction, your photos do look more like a green based on having a neck, but can not be positive as the head is turned....)
For the length, if you have an idea of where the ledge it was at, you can probably get a very good approximation

Orange fishy is Lolo - juv. Hinalea 'Akilolo (juvenile yellowtail coris, Hawaiians had separate names! or the Coris gaimard (ie clown in french)
striped is Pa'awela (Ornate wrasse or Halichoeres ornatissimus)
