Use the hot water treatment method (not for orchids or bromeliads though). 120 degree water, 15 minutes, should drive out just about anything (kills coquis for example). I'd probably fill a tub up to the height of the pot with the hot water, set the pot in it and let it sit. Follow it with a couple of minutes of cool water, and you'd probably be fine.
