Grading & Grubbing Testimony this Monday, May 19
#41
The likes of Aprild is unfortunately who we would have on the "committee", and it would be so written that interpretation will be a constant problem! Mixed with "feelings"!
We don't expect to do whatever we wish with our lands, that's what zoning is all about! However, we're going to have to take a chance on whether we can clear or not after purchase! Is there going to be a buy back clause for the people who can't live with the restrictions on use, and want out? Including expenses!

How can you write such a law when your simple posts require interpretation? Huge potential for corruption! Way too much "feeling"!
In the next 1,000 years everything you're protecting now will be wiped out by lava! I know the lots which were stripped to start this in Volcano, and it was wrong. But many have been stripped and replanted, and look fine, including trees!
