Aprild, I am replyingto your statements about no right to infringe on others'clean air and water, Viewplane, non decimated natural resourses et al!
The clean air thing is sucessful by ethnic cleansing of most local folks in Puna has been accomplished!
Thatwas furthered by massive subdivisions, further populated by mostly mainlanders! (but the air is clearer since sugar!)
How do you interprert "Viewshed", any more than whatever you don't like to see!
What are "non decimated" natural resources? Again whatever doesn't meet your approval of natural! What would a sucessful orchid farm be on 5 acres of ex forest! How about coffee or mac nut"?
I live here and will be building soon, if I can reach the back of my lot without exessive bribery beyond the present building requirments!
Incidentally, to go Solar usually requires remmoval of trees!
Will your Native American plan include slavery? Many did, as did Hawaiians!
