Greg, yep the state is the worst offender, but they also pass out the grants to placate the greedy enviro's!
I can't think of much worse than the spread of albesia! And much from state land! Now they throw us a bone to ugly up and destroy any possible good of the strawberry g uava, with no guarantee it won't go to other trees!
But given a free hand to control what we can do to clear our lots is definetly a stretch! Especially as openended as this is!
