New mall in Kona (Target coming)

Circuit City is going in. I believe Petco but I'm not sure. Cost Plus was planning on it but I believe they pulled out of that plan. There will be a lot of smaller retail spaces as well and I'm sure they have yet to fill all of the spaces. Pretty exciting stuff for the West Side but I'm not sure what it will do for traffic. I believe it will make a bad situation worse. I just want a Costco on the East side and I'll be happy!
