I read the Councilwoman's testimony and responses to Commissioners' questions.
Obviously, the Councilwoman is in touch with the grassroots in her community. Within the PCDP, there are some darned good ideas.
However, as the Councilwoman indicated, many were the times that the community had to fight to get their input back into the plan and remove other stuff that originated from outside the PCDP public-noticed information gathering.
In the end, by means of excessive wasting of time, trust, and patience on the part of the community, many good things are in the PCDP. Lots of good stuff from the community got canned without adequate justification. Lots of other stuff that cannot be traced to any of the public-noticed PCDP information gathering process got put in
Thanks again! My support for my Council Lady is reinforced.
