The question is do you want to grub your lot to the edge to facilitate a machine(backhoe with a drill or buster) which on an 8ksf lot will essentially clear the whole lot after house pad and septic system are established.
The alternative is to shoot the boundries and clear a 4' swath, strip the top off each hole, and with a 100CFM (minimum) comprssor, 100' of hose and a 80lb rock drill, drill 2'X2"dia holes every 10ft.
Then haul out your posts, insert, plumb and cement your posts(cement fill the corners).
Now you stretch the wire to the posts and rock fill the irregularities of the ground below.
Remember, 100' is the closest your vehicle will be able to help you.
Do your own the first time, and you will see 8K a a bargain!
